Alexandra Vicioso, the owner and lead hair artist at Karina Beauty Salon, is a true expert in creating transformative beauty experiences. Originally from the Dominican Republic, Alexandra's journey in the beauty industry began long before she arrived in the U.S. in 2015. Starting humbly by washing hair, she knew that her passion for beauty was just beginning to take shape. Determined to excel, she enrolled in courses covering colorimetry, hair extensions, wig application, and more, formally stepping into her role as a hairstylist in 2020.
With a deep love for her craft, Alexandra takes pride in the stunning transformations she achieves for her clients. Her dedication to quality and personalized care brings each client’s vision to life, whether through vibrant color, seamless hair extensions, or customized styling.
